Thank you for your interest in Norwood City School District.

The Open Enrollment Application for the 2024-25 School Year opened  on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2024.  Please use the link below to apply by Tuesday, April 30th, 2024. 

Open Enrollment Application for the 2024-25 School Year

PLEASE NOTE:  

1.  No applications will be accepted after the closing date of TUESDAY, APRIL 30, 2024.

 2. For all students, with the exception of students entering Preschool & Kindergarten for the first time, we require copies of their current Report Card, Attendance Record, and Discipline Report.  For students entering 10^th through 12^th grades, we also require a copy of their current transcript. NO APPLICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED OR TIMESTAMPED UNTIL ALL OF THESE DOCUMENTS ARE UPLOADED.

Preschool registration for the 2024-2025 school year has begun.  Please begin by filling out the Google Application below.

PLEASE NOTE:  

 1.  To be eligible to attend Preschool your child must be 3 years of age by SEPTEMBER 30, 2024 and completely potty trained.

2.  Re-enrolling Preschool student must re-enroll in FinalForms for the coming school year and re-document their residency.

Kindergarten Parent Meetings will be held as follows:

Steps to Start the K - 12 ENROLLMENT PROCESS:

1.  Gather the needed documents which include:  

• State Issued Birth Certificate 
• Current Immunizations 
• Current Parent/Guardian State Issued Identification
• Proof of Residency - we require 2 forms:
  • List of items accepted on the New Student Registration Form is in Final Forms or listed under Forms & Documents in the dropdown on this Enrollment page. 

2.  Click on the parent icon for Final Forms and create a new account. Follow directions to confirm your account, or add a student to your current account.  Save your password. You will use this password each year to update your account.

3.  Complete ALL of the forms, sign, and submit each one.

Upload the required documents to Final Forms:

• You can take a picture with your phone or scan to upload.
• You may also email documents to:
  • Grades Preschool - 8 to mogg.o@norwoodschools.org
  • Grades 9 - 12 to barber.a@norwoodschools.org

4.  After Completing steps 1 - 3 above:

• For Preschool - 8^th grade students, contact Mrs. Mogg if you need further assistance 513-924-2798.   
• For 9^th - 12^th students, please contact Mrs. Barber at 513-924-2809 to discuss next steps and getting your class schedule.

Note: If you do not have internet access or need help, contact us to set up a time to use a school computer.

WELCOME BACK!

Beginning July 1, we ask families to update their registration for the following school year through FINAL FORMS. All parents are required to update their student's information and sign the forms for the new school year. Please take a moment to complete this at your earliest convenience.
